New orders that require custom digitizing take more time than re-orders

New Custom orders: 2-3 weeks

Re-Orders: 7-10 days

Basic Text: 1-5 days

Rush Orders are available at an additional cost.

Digitizing

All logos & graphics require digitizing. Digitizing (or Punching) is the process of converting your graphic into a stitch file for embroidery. Cost for digitizing varies based on the size, complexity, and clarity of the graphic provided. Clients are encouraged to supply vector art for the best possible results. If you do not have vector art our design team can create it for you.

Limitations

Embroidery does have its limitations. Small text is one of the most common problems encountered with embroidery.
